Abstract (EN)

Today, the use of high-strength double-phase sheets is becoming widespread. In recent years, it has started to use galvanized steel sheets that combine low price, good corrosion resistance and mechanical properties with improved technology and increasing market share. Galvanized DP 600 steel sheets are widely used in constructions with corrosion resistance especially in the automotive industry. In this study, DP 600 steel sheets with a thickness of 1.2 mm and 8006 series aluminum alloy plate with a thickness of 2.2 mm were combined with a silicon-based wire, AlSi 5, using the MIG-brazing method. The MIG-soldering process was performed by drilling the DP 600 steel at certain parameters. Soldering treatments were investigated in four different parameters, current intensity, hole diameter, gas pressure and robot speed, as a range. Strength properties of MIG-brazed materials, tensile-shear, tensile shear, h-shape tensile and microhardness distributions between bond regions were investigated. Microscope, scanning electron microscope (SEM) and point element analyzer EDS were used in macro and microstructure tests. In this study, Taguchi experiment design was used by using Minitab program, optimum welding parameters have been determined depending on the influence of mechanical properties. In this study, Taguchi ecperiment design was used by using minitab program, optimım welding parameters have been determined depending on the influence of mechanical properties.
