Abstract (EN)

In this thesis, 2-amino-3-picoline monomer (A3P) was synthesized on glassy carbon (GC) by cyclic voltammetry (CV) technique and Pd NPs were deposited on it by electrochemical method and an electrochemical sensor was designed for the determination of dopamine. The obtained GC/pA3P/Pd modified surface was characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX), electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and CV methods. The optimum conditions for the GC/pA3P/Pd electrochemical sensor that used in the determination of dopamine were determined and its analytical performance was investigated. According to the results obtained, the linear range of the GC/pA3P/Pd surface was revealed to be 1x10-5 - 2x10-6 M, the limit of detection (LOD) and the limit of quantitation (LOQ) were 1,480x10-6 M and 4,932x10-6 M, respectively. It was determined that the GC/pA3P/Pd modified surface also exhibited very good results in terms of repeatability, reproducibility and stability.
