Fourth Public Inspectorship: Eestablishment, works and abolishment

Public İnspectorship, which was founded in 1927 subsequent years, increasing its numbers, has been entered most important foundations of Republic period. Public Inspectorship, ensured reconstruction in term of security, economy, health, social and culture, was a brogated virtually in 1947 and formally in 1952. Fourth Public Inspectorship was foundedin sixth January 1936. It?s center was Elazığ and the other cities were Tunceli, Bingöl and Erzincan. Abdullah Alpdoğan was appointed to head of inspectorship. This Works main goals were to abrogate tribe system, to rescue area from dominance of landlord and to bring there Republic principles. My study has been prepared, considering properties of period and with the relationship between reason and conclusion, in the light of archieve records, meeting reports, local and national media datas. In my study, social, economic and cultural change of area have been tried to analyze handling foundation and studies of Foruth Public Inspectorship.
