Abstract (EN)

DP800 and AISI304/430 sheets of steel have a wide usage area, especially in the automotive industry, due to their corrosion resistance and the appropriate hardness-weight balance according to the usage area. In this study, DP800 material was cut as 30x100mm. A Ø7 hole is drilled at the predetermined and marked point. As a result of the literature reviews and preliminary studies, it was decided to choose the hole diameter as Ø7. It was cut in 30x100mm dimensions in AISI304/430 parts, and no processing was applied. The DP800 material and ASIS 304/430 parts were fixed with the DP800 material on the upper part. The MIG method was welded using normal, pulse, and double pulse methods at different current and wire feeding speeds. As a result of this process, the samples were cut from the Welding seams. After the cutting process, it is ready for bakelite and microstructure examination. Microstructure imaging, SEM imaging, XRD analysis, EBSD analysis, and microhardness test were applied to the samples prepared for microstructure examination. Tensile tests were performed on the remaining samples. The results obtained are explained in the content of the thesis using visuals and scientific data.
