Mimaroğlu Beste, The effects of outsourcing on organizations productivity, Masters Thesis, Ankara, 2010.The aim of this research is to understand if there is an effect of productivity increase or not by outsourcing. To understand this, some questions have been directed to top managers of companies that are in pharmaceutical industry and it is been aimed to get a result with some statistical datas.The research on companies that uses outsourcing, shows the areas of outsourcing usage and which needs causes companies to outsource. The result of this research shows that productivity is a very important factor that causes companies to outsource.Finally it is been understood that productivity can be increased in a positive way with a good outsourcing.
