Abstract (EN)

In today's fast and challenging competitive environment, businesses in both sectors such as private and publicolpkk use many new strategies to survive and gain competitiveness. One of these new strategies used by businesses is "outsourcing". Outsourcing strategy, in its simplest form, can be defined as "focusing on the basic capabilities of businesses and getting support from specialized supplier companies for their activities outside of their basic skills". There are many reasons why businesses resort to outsourcing. The main reason for these is the desire to reduce costs. Businesses also tend to use outsourcing to gain many competitive advantages, such as contraction, by focusing on basic skills. In addition to reducing costs, it also has an impact on factors such as increasing flexibility, reducing risk, following technological innovations, participating in successful businesses, renewing processes, reducing investment spending, improving quality and gaining speed. Depending on these reasons, after the conceptual framework related to outsourcing has been elaborated in the first part of the study, the effects of outsourcing will be discussed in the public and private sectors.
