Effective strategies in foreign policy

Generally, the studies made in Turkey about foreign policy are about analyzing a specific periods of time, analyzing the Turkish foreign policy between specific countries or analyzing the role of important people in foreign policy. For example, Atatürk?s foreign policy, Turkish- Armenian relations etc.Although studies in these areas are important, in literacy Turkey lacks in term of creating foreign policy and performing (diplomacy). On subjects that are not given importance, it is important to start studying about these subjects. Although naturally this study will not be able to solve each literacy problems, it is a step towards it. The main purpose of this study is to explain the best strategy that can be used in foreign policy, and come up with a good thesis. In this study, with all the facts of science of intelligence, the main argument will be creating the foreign policy and performing it. In the first two parts, foreign policy and international relations will be discussed and as for conclusion the main argument will be about effective intelligence.Key Words: International Relations, Foreign Policy, Diplomacy, Science of Intelligence.
