Abstract (EN)
Thesis study aims to provide general information on foreign trade and it intends to introduce detail the ICC institution which carries out studies for the development of foreign trade within the globalizing world economy gradually and some of the publications of this institution. Within this framework, it is aimed to introduce some ICC publications which are directly effective on the implementation of foreign trade as well as to explain the foreign trade contributions and ways of their utilization.Later it shall be emphasized on how ICC publications shape to the relation occurred between buyer and seller and among their banks during foreign trade process and how it contributed to this relation. ICC`s relations with member countries and member countries? relations with ICC/ vice versa shall be mentioned.The status of foreign trade in our country is summarized; occurrence, function and duties of Turkish National Committee which provides ICC?s connection with Turkey are dwelled on. In the conclusion, difficulties encountered in foreign trade despite ICC publications, and solution offers are discussed.
