The financial rights of widowed women

Islam has made divorce halal. After the divorce, he imposed some legal responsibilities between the spouses. In this study, by talking about these responsibilities, we did not aim to explain the necessary information in terms of alimony so that people can fulfill their duties and not fall into haram after divorce. It is important for people not to engage in haram and to protect family and children, which are the smallest building blocks of society. In the thesis research, the main source of Fiqh, the Qur'an and Sunnah, basic fiqh books, catechisms and family law books will be used.
