Abstract (EN)
World Trade Organization (WTO), which was established in 1995 and of which a majority of states of the world are members, is the international organization directing the international trade. System established and treaties executed within scope of the WTO forms the main legal framework from standpoint of international trade. Rules brought within the WTO treaties are binding rules which also affects domestic laws of the states. These rules primarily provide a legal regime in connection with international trade barriers. In this thesis, main framework, principles and rules of international trade law formed within the WTO rules, the legal regime brought in connection with international trade barriers from standpoint of the WTO rules and in light of the precedents of the WTO dispute settlement bodies, practices which constitute violation of such legal regime will be examined.
