Abstract (EN)

The concept of migration does not only affect immigrants. In addition, it also affects the countries that receive and send immigrants. Since immigration affects more than one factor, states are in search of a solution to this immigration phenomenon. Within the framework of this search for a solution, states want to manage the migration process appropriately and well. In addition, states are preparing national collaborations by making efforts to create a number of legal regulations and public policies. In this context, the European Union cooperates with third world countries in order to prevent irregular migration. This policy has led to decreases in migration movements to the EU. With the readmission agreements made, the EU provides financial support to these countries by keeping the irregular migration movements from third world countries under control. The European Union shapes its financial supports as long, short and medium term. With this shaping, policies are formed according to the needs of refugees. The European Union has aimed at the development of the EU and the elimination of poverty with the financial aid it has given to third world countries. The European Union provides financial support to Turkey among refugees living in Turkey. Thanks to this support, the basic needs of refugees in Turkey are met. In addition to financial support, the European Union supports refugees with the projects and programs it has created. Keywords: International Migration, Migration, Refugee, European Union
