Abstract (EN)
Almost thirty years. Privatization has been kept going as a goal foreconomic development since it started to be used as a market instrument.In our study, the success of privatization in our country has been triedto evaluate in the light of the privatization applicant in the world. During theperiod of privatization, the less valued enterprises, decreasing in the numberof people employed and increasing the relative prices in that sector after theprivatization increases the prejudice for privatization application. In additionto this, after privatization increasing the capacity using ratio and productivityand raising the capability of tax payment makes the privatization a purpose.In recent years, the governments have been trying to meet the currentaccount deficit with the incomes of privatization. This incident increases thegovernments desire to meet their debts with privatization.In the light of the foregoing, in our study, we have gained in veryinteresting results. In the side of application of study, we confirm that;privatization is not only a defeat, but also a success as it is told.Key Words: Privatization, Privatization in the World, State Enterprises,Fiscal Ratios.
