Abstract (EN)
Both the problem of gas production and the need of gas across the world will be overcome in steps by reason of the fact that new and alternative resourses of energy have been discovered. But, due to the fact that there is no alternative for water, the need for use of water will be increased in connection with increasing population and industrialization. The water problem will exist in the future, too.This thesis focuses on globally increasing water problem and the need to use in store water reserves most productively and economically. Additionally, the use of water reserves is tried to be evaluated under the objective datas gathered from both Turkey end Middle- East.Key words: Water Policy, Transboundary Water, International Water Law, International River System, National Security.
