The latinization of Iqrar part of Durar al-Huqqam, the source determine

One of the most important jurists grown up in the last era of the Ottoman Empire is Ali Haydar Efendi without doubt. Also, one of the most important sources of Islamic law is Durar al-Huqqam declaration which he wrote about Mecelle. This work which is a study source of researches about Islamic law in immediate history achieved to become the formal interpretation of Mecelle. This piece of Ali Haydar Efendi is the first piece to examine to be able to understand Islamic law. This study is the result of such an effort.This thesis contains two parts. In the first part, the life story of author, scientific personality, and work (Durar al-Huqqam) of him take place. Moreover, some information about source studies which the author used to make citation is given in Kitab al-Iqrar part of Durar al-Huqqam.The second part includes the latinization of the Kitab al-Iqrar. Source studies which the author made attributions are reached, and it is specified which covers and pages of pieces these attributions belong to.
