Abstract (EN)
Porcelain is one of the most important material used in dentistry since it has high strenght, high wear resist and perfect esthetic appearance. It lends itself to the manufacture of the most esthetic dental restorations since it can be colored to closely resemble the teeth it replaces. This study is about production of low-fusing dental porcelain, contains manufacturing full porcelain. The object of this study is to produce dental porcelain, used commonly in dentistry, which has high strength and low cost. In addition, we gained to obtain the leucite crystals that provides relevant qualifications of dental porcelains. For this purpose, four different compositions of dental porcelain powder have been produced by applying determined processes . Mechanical and thermal tests were applied on the produced dental porcelains and their phase analysis was conducted by X ? ray difractometer. Furthermore, chemical durability, tensile strenght, water absorbtion and porosity of the produced porcelains were tested.
