Abstract (EN)

Tourism businesses which increased importance in the overall service sector, are concentrating more on service quality concept in order to provide customer sastisfaction and ensure its permanency. In this process, it is necessary to ensure measuring of the service quality in the tourism business on a regular basis and, according to the results obtained, ensure customer satisfaction. One of the most critical point to ensure customer satisfaction is to properly identify the customers and correctly interpret their requests and expectations. Accordingly, in this study these elements will be examined in more detail by defining the customers emotions and personality types that are affecting service quality perception of the hotel property and customer satisfaction. In the first part of the study the concept of service quality was examined in more detail followed by the discussion on its connection with accommodation business concept. In the second part, focus was on the concept of personality and personality types, with examples of studies on personality in tourism marketing being provided. In the third section, author tried to provide both theoretical and conceptual explanation of emotions, while providing the insight into studies of emotion and mood found in tourism marketing literature.
