Abstract (EN)

The aim of this study is to reveal the moderator role of self-efficacy perception in the effect of emotional labor on organizational identification and organizational alienation of teachers working in public institution in Sakarya. In the first four chapters of the study, the relationships between emotional labor, organizational identification, organizational alienation and self efficacy perception variables presented in the theoretical framework and demographic variables were revealed. The data obtained through a questionnaire from 283 teachers who were on duty at the time of the study in public schools, were explained with statistical methods using the SPSS 25.0 program in the fifth chapter, and the bilateral relations and regulatory relations between these variables were examined. Positive correlations were found between emotional labor and organizational identification. Negative correlations were found between emotional labor and organizational alienation. A positive correlations was found between surface acting and loyalty. A positive correlations was found between deep acting and belonging. A positive correlations was found between sincere behavior and loyalty. While a negative correlations was found between surface acting and incompetence, a negative correlations was found between surface acting and general organizational alienation. There is a negative correlations between deep acting and self-alienation; A negative correlations was found between deep acting and general organizational alienation. A negative correlations was found between sincere behavior and meaninglessness. The obtained findings were interpreted in the conclusion part of the study.
