Teachers opinions for loneliness and emotional labor at work

The aim of this research secondary education institutions teachers' emotional labor with the level of lonelines in business life regarding uncover whether or not there is significant relationship between the views by selecting the views and the views of teacher according to personal variables is to determine whather a significant difference. The study was performed with relational screening model Bolu in the academic year 2015-2016 serving central institutions constitutes 791 teache. Almost all of the teeachers were used as data. During the research proces, personal information form, emotional labor and loneliness scale has been used in the business life. Research data has been resolved with the SPSS program, data analyssis frequenc, percantape, avarage, standard deviation Mann Whitney U, Kruskal Wallis and Sperman Rho analysis reviewed. According to results from the survey; The opinions of both the teachers and the total scale and sub-dimentions with automatic emotional regulation, emotional bias and depply in the act "partly defined" is the level. A little fort he total scale, "appropriate" while in the lower dimensions in the xvii emotional deprivationat the level of "not applicable" in the size of social companionship "appropriate" level . In the with the personal variiables of teachers, emotional labor and the opinions of loneliness in business life are as follows. Educational status, type of schools, age, where they are now in the schools and the duration of the study teachers' emotional labor haven't been for a difference in opinion.İn other words the teachers have undergraduate or graduate training, type of school, age, emotional labor variables and duration of study is similar to the views of the teacher aren't effective. However, the gender variable of emotional labor emotional deviation- sub- size, motital status, total size and the lower deviation has created a significannt difference in the emotional. Gender, morital status, educational status, seniority and type of school teachers work in the lives of loneliness wasn't a significant difference and teacher opinions are similar. However, this life of loneliness in the work of the age variable total, total type of institution and employee to the emotional deprivation sub- dimension the variable branch has created a significant difference in the size of the bottom of school companionship.
