According to the factor analysis, it was found that there were 4 dimensions related to emotional intelligence scale and job satisfaction and burnout were also unidimensional. It has been shown that job satisfaction is related to burnout, self-evaluation and evaluation of others, burnout and emotional intelligence are related to four sub-dimensions and emotional intelligence sub-dimensions are related to each other.
