A research on the satisfaction of KOSGEB support applications with the context of E-government

Since February 2018, KOSGEB support applications have been submitted through e- Government. In this study the effect of applying the supports through e- Government over the satisfaction of employees of KOSGEB is being eximined. With this context, first of all some basic definitions and concepts about e-Government are being mentioned and presenting scientific literature, the usage of internet and the progress in the historical process of e-Government have been tried to be discussed. In this study while eximining the progress in the historical process of e-Government concept, it has also been mentioned the findings of the process of e-Government progress in our country. Eximining e-Government portal, it has been emerged how the process of applying e-Government within the system is being performed for citizens. The information derived from the process relevant with the functioning of the portal has been enriched from screen shots having been received from e-Government website. In order to make comparison e-Government process in our country to those in Austria and Switzerland, the governmental websites were eximined and proposals were offered in the direction of the countries having been eximined. In the sequel, as generally notifying has been fulfilled about the institution of KOSGEB, the findings regarding the transition of e-Government process has been mentioned. Screen shots have been given place in order to make citizens' process concerning submission to e-Government system understand in the strict sense. Surveys were conducted with people in the positions of SME expert, associate SME expert and manager and satisfaction assessment of personnel were presented concerning submission to KOSGEB supports through e-Government. Generally evaluating the study in conclusion, discussion and suggestions parts, suggestions have been made for performing e-Government system in Turkey relying on the feedbacks from personnel.
