A research on the effects of e-transformation process on certificate public accountant profession and job satisfaction

One of the most prominent professions in the world, the certified public accountant profession has had to renew itself and keep up to date due to developing technology, increasing national and international trade, changing legislation and legal obligations.It is inevitable that certified public accountant who try to adapt to the innovation and change experienced in this process will not be affected by these developments in their professions as individuals and employees. In our country, a rapid e-transformation has been implemented in recent years and professionals have been affected by this change in various ways. It is not known to what extent the impact has been experienced on the members of the profession. Therefore, this research was conducted to determine the effects of e-transformation process on the certified public accountant profession and its effect on job satisfaction. n the first part and second part of the study, literature review and legal regulations are given. In the first part, the concepts of independent accountant, certified public accountant and e transformation are examined and in the second part, the concept of job satisfaction, theories related to job satisfaction and the factors affecting job satisfaction are given. In the third part, the effect of e conversion on job satisfaction of independent accountant certified public accountant is analyzed. In the questionnaire used in the study, lik 5-point Likert Scale "and" Minnesota Job Satisfaction Scale "were used. In this respect, a questionnaire was conducted on Independent Accountants and certified public accountant in İzmir. According to the results of the analysis, the linear relationship between the job satisfaction levels of the independent accountant and financial advisors in e-transformation process, statistical significance level varies.
