Abstract (EN)

Nowadays, service sector supplies more qualified and more numerous number of employees comparing to manufacturing sector. Service sector consists of 70% of the economies in developed countries. By increasing global competition, information revolution makes consumer expectations high on service quality and consumer satisfaction. So service sector firms tend to consumer satisfaction models such as education, finance, health, informatics, hosting, public administration, trade and communication. Education process is one of the service supplying systems. Education process is one of the service supplying systems. Education process provides high level experts, researchers, and managers by means of investing on knowledge, talent, expertness, and experience of people. E- learning is a student centered modern learning system. It is developed by informatic systems. Investment and operation costs may be a risk on transition process to E- learning. For avoiding such problems, integrated e-learning student satisfaction model is needed.In this thesis, an integrated model considering technology and user dimension of student at e-learning concept is developed. The model designed by factors of student satisfaction in e-learning contains of 15 factors in 5 dimensions. The model is tested by data taken from the questionary. The questionary has managed by remote access educational portal and 562 students gave answers. By analysing the questionary data, ten important factors has been determined. For determining the most important factors of them, regression analysis is done and results of this analysis is discussed.After taken these results, model developed and five dimensions of the model and significant six factors of the dimensions came into prominence. These are traceability of personal improvement, practibility of materials, commissariats, interaction between student-prelector, usage easiness and computer using level of students. Model developed may be useful for designers and managers of e-learning systems on efficient usage of resources.Key Words: Service Sector, Training and Education Systems, E-Learning System, Customer Satisfaction, E-Learning Student Satisfaction.
