Abstract (EN)
Nowadays, just like in all the fields of life, the technology is getting widespread in field of education as well. Everyday the education continues, the information recieved from the classes without cease, thus the numeric data are made produced which makes it possible to survey the student absence entered into the E-school system by the school administration. Yet in the current system, in order for putting the data of all the students registered into the school into system everyday again and again with no faulty manually, a certain labour and attention is required. By putting this absence data of all the classes automatically into the E-okul system with no fault and fast through solving this problem, it was aimed to decrease the workload in terms of administration and support to the school administrators. Thanks to this study, it will be possible to data survey the information by means of image procession method through signing into the optical form despite writing the absences into the attendance forms manually. Thus, it will be ensured to enter the absences automatically into the absence entrance page within the E-okul system. To this end, a software has been prepared which could reach up to the E-okul system. The developed software, has been tested with Güneysınır Multi Program Anatolian High Schools in 12 classes with 205 students through 10 days with a totally 120 optical forms. All the information signed on the optical form are ensured to get signed into the E-okul System with 100% success.
