Abstract (EN)
The aim of this research is to evaluate e-school applications based on the opinions of administrators and teachers in terms of accountability. In this context, the research was carried out in the phenomenological research design in the qualitative research method. In the 2020-2021 academic year, 15 administrators (5 of the participants are primary school, 5 of them are middle school, 5 i is a high school administrator). A semi-structured interview form developed by the researcher was applied to 15 teachers (5 of the participants are primary school, 5 are secondary school teachers and 5 are high school teachers). The data collected within the scope of the research were analyzed in accordance with the content analysis technique. As a result of the research, the school administrators who participated in the study; It has been observed that they relate to school operations, student transactions, system, time management, parents, transparency, transfer operations, reflection on education, accountability, classroom information, automation, integration, functionality of e-school, entering courses, registration processes and financial issues. The teachers participating in the research; It has been observed that teachers associate them with school activities, student-related issues, information systems, teacher-related issues, transparency, system, accountability, time management, functionality, responsibility and school management (administration).
