Abstract (EN)
The development of technology has changed the way of trading. The volume of trade on the internet is increasing day by day. Classical commerce has left its place to e-commerce. The user interfaces and user experience used by e-commerce sites are remarkable. It has been understood that the way to prevent potential customers from turning to alternative e-commerce sites is to give the necessary importance to user interfaces and user experience. E-commerce sites have been compared and examined in terms of user interfaces, user experience and the advantages and disadvantages they provide have been investigated. In this study, basic scientific laws in terms of user interface and user experience in e-commerce were examined comparatively.
