Results: After the training, it was determined that the mean of care behaviors and communication skills of the midwives and nurses in the experimental group increased significantly and the difference between the groups was statistically significant (p<0.001). In addition, it was determined that the care perceptions and satisfaction score averages of women who received post-training care applied to midwives and nurses increased significantly and the difference between the groups was statistically significant (p<0.001). Conclusion: The results of the research showed that the obstetric violence prevention training program given to midwives and nurses increased the communication skills and care perceptions of midwives and nurses, and increased the care perception and satisfaction of women who received care.
