Abstract (EN)
The current study was conducted in the laboratories of Al-Sharqat General Hospital / Salah Al-Din / Iraq during the period from December - 2021 to April - 2022, the aim of this study was to determine the effects of probiotics and investigate the efficacy on some biochemical parameters after feeding of Patients celiac disease. In this study, the effectiveness of probiotics (Lacteol fort) was tested for the treatment of Celiac disease and its effect on some biochemical parameters in healthy and infected human blood serum. The study sample was divided into four groups, each group included (25) person as follows: Control, Patients Celiac disease, Lacteol fort, Patients Celiac disease+ Lacteol fort. The results of showed that Celiac disease led to a significant increase (P<0.05) in the concentrations of tTg-IgA, glucose, ALT and AST compared with the healthy control group, while there was significant decrease in the concentration of Total Protein, albumin, Pepsin, vitamin D3 and calicium in the Celiac disease group compared to the healthy control. The treatment of the affected group with probiotics (Lacteol fort) led to a significant increase in the concentration of vitamin D3, a significant decrease in the concentration of tTg-IgA, glucose, ALT and AST compared to with Celiac disease group.
