Abstract (EN)
The importance of education is not covert for anyone and because of the globalization of the world, all the countries are forced to catch up with the changes needed for this field. Despite the effort of Kurdistan educational system for reducing the technology gap in this country, still many universities in this region are managed traditionally until now. E-learning and LMS are not popular teaching approach in Kurdistan Universities until now. In this study thesis researcher first, develop an efficient and functional LMS system based on Moodle server for the University of Sulaimani in Kurdistan. Then test the proposed system by the instructors and students in that university. This system will be the first proposed LMS in University of Sulaimani, and the perception of instructors and students toward this LMS will be examined.
