Abstract (EN)
The profitability of professional organizations is a widely present requirement that guides and intensively organize all the activities of public and private companies. On the other hand, the many integration mechanisms suggest the existence of people at risk for whom the lack of qualification is too often a serious handicap. In this context, it is possible to aim the effectiveness of training and development to enhance the skills and services of the employees to make a better and successful working place. The main focus of the study is to look at the connection between training, development along with the productivity of employees' performance to examine the effectiveness and efficiency of an organization. A quantitative method was employed i.e. a survey research questionnaire was distributed to different organizations in Karachi. The results were found to be consistent with the purpose of the study that included frequency tables, standard deviations, means, and descriptive analysis to analyze if there was a positive and significant connection among the variables of performance, productivity as well as organizational effectiveness and efficiency. The result shows the advantages and importance of training and development having a huge impact; leaders feel confident and can effectively influence staff performance. Regardless of the sort of training delivered, it must fit with future job abilities and support the company's commercial objectives. It must also be offered in an innovative manner that reflects a company's digital transition.
