Abstract (EN)

In this study, some pesticide residues of fruit-vegagatable (strawbery, tomato,artichok, fig, cherry, potato, peach, grapes, olive) and dried food (dried fig, raisen)samples were investigated which taken from local markets and wholesale markets indifferent part of Aegean area. In these samples, fifty (50) pesticide investigatedorganochloro, organophoshor, syntetic pyrethroit, strobulin, benzimidazole groups.In tomato, artichoke, fig, dried fig, potato samples, pesticide residues were notdetected for limit of detection (LOD). In other samples is detected at least onepesticide residue. Detectable pesticide residues are found, pesticide residues arecompared according to Turkish Food Codex and AB MRLs. In conclusion, over thetolerance of % 2,34 pecticide residues found in agricultural crops.Key Words: Pesticide, Residue, Fruit, Vegatable, Dried food
