Abstract (TR)
Bu yüksek lisans tez çalışması Türkiye ve Yunanistan arasındakı en zorluanlaşmazlıklardan biri olan, Ege Denizi'nde kıta sahanlığının iki ülke arasındasınırlandırılmasını ele almaktadır. Bu çalışma, anlaşmazlığın içeriğini, Türk ve Yunanhükümetlerinin konuya yaklaşımlarını ve uygulanabilecek uluslararası hukuk kurallarınıortaya koymakla beraber, her iki taraf için de adil ve hakkaniyete dayalı kalıcı bir çözümönerisi sunmayı da amaçlamaktadır.
