Evaluation of the Turkiye scholarships program in education diplomacy in national and international dimensions in the public relations context

Globalization affects many areas of society, including education. Today, the mobility of international student in higher education education affects the country's ecological, political fields and the quality of science and education.Leading countries are aware that the training system is one of the most important tools in the global level. Countries provide opportunities for students by organizing different educational programs and contribute to the development of intercultural relations. This research is the study of the features and framework of the education dip of many important issues that draws on and underlines the importance of education diplopia in a framework of public relations relationship. The purpose of the research is in line with evaluation of the Turkiye Scholarship Program in Education Diplomacy in National and International Dimensions in the Public Relations Context: To examine the reasons of preference on Turkey and Turkiye Scholarships; Accessibility and Benefits of the program; Extension of ability the program can meet the needs of the students; ensurement of students' integrity; results (individual and country based); the interaction of the program with students, its communication and its processes of public relations, the process of the strategic planning of the program. In the research, a qualitative research method was used, and the questionnaire, used for the students, was made face to face. The study was supported by group meetings with groups of 14 people. Furthermore, interviews were made after the necessary permits related to the institution's responsibilities, which played an active and key role in the Turkiye Scholarhsip program processes. As a result, this scholarship program should be provided with qualitative and conservative striking plans, including the correct fixation and sustainable procurements. In this context, a study related to the Turkey Scholarship program should be carried out and research and development projects have to be done. Additionally, the model of Public relations has to be created by the experts in this field and implemented on Turkiye Scholarship program in the framework of sustainability.
