Abstract (EN)

Art education which is the most important part of human development not only today but also in the historical process is one of the most branches of education in order to raise modern and well-equipped people. Art education which is in motion has entered a cognitive process over time and has gained innovations. Along with discipline-based art education, has concentrated shapes like aesthetics, art history, art criticism, and applied art works. In this context, one of the most important factors of art education is applied art lessons. The course that it can reflect as a whole by blending theoretical and other art courses and producing an art product is applied to workshop courses. This research wanted to obtain information about the artistic process that develops within the scope of the main art workshop courses, which are applied art lessons in fine arts education. It is aimed to examine the reflections of the positive/negative situations experienced in the artistic process in the context of motivation and focus. A phenomenological research design was used for this inquiry. The study group of this research consisted of 7 students who has saw the main art workshop lessons. In addition, in the context of this subject, the experiences of 5 faculty members listened and their opinions were taken. In the data collection process, 'semi-structured interview' and 'focus group interview' data collection methods were used. The data obtained were analyzed within the scope of thematic analysis and presented in a holistic structure.
