Abstract (EN)
The aim of this research, special pre-school educational institutions 360 degree performance appraisal and feedback by examining the findings based on the analysis of teacher reviews to determine whether. Research, pre-school teachers and foreign language teachers who served in special pre-school educational institution, there's too many other disciplines teachers because they constitute a large portion of the participants. The research participants of 2014-2015 academic year in the District of İstanbul, Ataşehir special pre-school educational institutions is made on the different disciplines who served 21 teachers. The principle of maximum diversity of participating teachers to explore. The research data was collected through semi-structured interviews. While preparing the interview form first; type the subject field is examined, in the light of information received from the questions. Interview form; 22 consists of 25 questions to be open-ended. Interviews; special pre-school educational institutions with a teacher who is implemented as a voice recording during the talks. Study found that the vast majority of the workgroup consists of female teachers (n = 21). The study group included 25% of the teachers (n = 7) masters are trained teachers consists of undergraduate students. In addition, 20% of participants (n = 6) other teachers over ten years (n = 9) have professional experience in 5 to 10 years, while other teachers have less than 5 years experience.
