The aim of this study on the perceptions of school safety education institutions,teachers and administrators to develop a scale to determine. 100 educators applied to the draft scale of 38 items. According to article 6 item eliminated. Factor analysis was applied to the rest of substances. İnternal consistency of the scale, Cronbach's alpha coefficient and corrected item-total correlation was decided by applying techniques. Cronbach's alpha coefficient was 0.89 for the entire scale. According to the statistics, the reliability coefficient for the scale's factor 1 is 0.87, reliability coefficient is 0.83 for 2nd factor. Two factors have been 41.1% of the total variance.
