Conflict in educational organizations and a research on conflict management: The example of Balçova, Izmi̇r

Between teachers and administrators in schools of both conflicts arise. But these conflicts experienced as much as possible needs to be managed effectively. At this stage of training institutions to provide training in a healthy manner in order to continue to provide effective solutions to the conflict of the methods used is required. In this study, teachers' age, seniority, education level, marital status, sex, possible situations that may cause conflict are examined. The study, the first period of the 2013-2014 academic year in schools located in Izmir Balçova 301 officers was conducted with the teacher. In this study, Gumuseli (1994), which adapted to Turkish by "Rahim Organizational Conflict of Scale" (Rahim Organizational Conflict invertorynize) were used. As a result, the province of Izmir investigated for such a study conducted in the literature was not found. Balçova age of teachers state that the officers 40,9% are between 41-50 years of age. Age compared to younger teachers in line with experience conflicts that may arise or have to give smoother response. In general a significant conclusions can not be reached as a result of study.
