A research on determining the managers` efficient communıcation skill in educational organizations (Kütahya town sample)

The organizations are established to deal with the necessities of humanbeings that they can?t success by themselves. The educational organizations wereestablished to be cultured of society end to transfer the culture, which they had, to thefuture generations. The educational organizations of our country, thet they have manyproblems, are answering the need of people of society that were trained. Educationalorganizations need various eguipments to carry out their functions. Communication isthe first of all. Communication has a great importance in human life who is a socialbeing. Communication, which also has a great importance in organization system, takespart in essential proficiencies of the managers. It is required when realizing one of thefunctions of managing which is ?Planning-Organization-Coordination-Directing andSupervising?. The organizer must knowo use the means communicatin in aduancedlevel while he was realizing these functions.Different from the others,informal part of the educational organizations isstronger than its formal part. The importance of communication increases more ineducational organizations, whose income and outcome is humanbeing. Thats whyeducational managers should discipline themselves on the matter of communication. Asit can be in every occasion, one can face with obstaeles in communication. Therefore,educational managers should be aware ofthese obstaeles and take precautions to removethem.t?s very important to abolish these difficulties, using elements that arereinforced to the communication, for creating a productuve organizatin for the managersare working at educational organizatons. This working which had been made accordingto expectations and perceptions of working people at educational organizations hadprocured correctly the problems of communicatin of educational organization.Generally, we can see the directors, that have all knowledges on ağabeylity ofcommunication, but they are insufficient as a first problem.
