Determining the ideas of teachers about individualized education program who after mentally disabled students attending education and aplication schools

The aim of this research is what the disabled children think about their teachers Individualized Education Program* and what they know about this education and the resources used in its content. Qualitative research method used in this research. Nine teachers was choosen in Marmara District whom live in Istanbul. About Individualized Education Program, three question were asked to the teachers and half configurational interview was applied to the teachers to determine ideas. While getting various replays for the three questions which prepared before, half configurational method was used which is included in qualitative data collection method group.According to the reseach,It is obvious that, every children has different characteristics, non group training is needed. For that reason, Individualized Education Program is strongly adviced in the need of one to one assist.IEP is useful for mental development for different pupils. Furthermore if this program is used efficiently it might be helpful for parents as well, it gives an important idea about next teacher of the individual, bring in time toguidence counselor, to observe improvements of individual.The difficulties in practice about IEP are the lack of basic facilities, tools, tenancy of computer, physical circumstances of school, teacher, space and time.While arranging the personal education program; tuition of the university, school administration, teachers, basis books, private education teachers, internet, personal education books, private education auditor were used.KEY WORDS: Private education, personal education program, Mid-level mental obstructed
