Abstract (EN)
The education and training process is a dynamic process. It may be directly or indirectly affected by scientific and cyclical developments. Correct management of this process can affect a country's education system and its components, which can be effective in the development of that country in many aspects. Otherwise, it may negatively affect the scientific development of the country and therefore all other parameters. At this point, some elements need to be included in the process to improve the capacity and efficiency of education. Technology comes first among these elements. It is known that the use of technology supports new educational processes in many aspects. Although there is an education system in which technology is included, one of the controversial points is that it is not at the desired level. Especially in a period when the concept of Augmented Reality has recently been positioned as the "upper limit" of technology, the system in which technology usage efficiency and levels are discussed is of course expected to be corrected. However, first of all, a comprehensive framework should be drawn regarding the relationship of these two parameters with education. For this, some previously tested research is needed. The aim of this study is to content analyze master's and doctoral theses regarding the use of augmented reality and technology in education and training, and to reveal how often and in what direction they are discussed in the literature. Although there are many studies in the literature that examine the effects of augmented reality and technology use and use different methods, there is no other study that examines these two components together and subjects them to content analysis. In this context, the aim of this study is to content analyze postgraduate theses on the use of augmented reality in the field of education and training and examine them under different headings. Keywords: Education, Training, Augmented reality, Technology, Literature, Analysis.
