Abstract (EN)
The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of employee perceptions associated with training on organizational commitment. Also, in the study the impact of demographic characteristics on employees' perceptions associated with training, organizational commitment and the relationship between training and organizational commitment are examined. To accomplish this purpose, first, a model of "the relationship between training and organizational commitment" is developed and then a survey research is conducted to collect individual-level perceptions data on the (a) access to training, training support from supervisor and colleagues, learning motivation and perceived benefits of training, (b) the level of affective, continuance and normative commitment to the organization and (c) demographic characteristics of participant's. As predicted, the results of statistical analysis show that employee perceptions associated with training affect their organizational commitment and, also, the demographic characteristics of employees' affect organizational commitment, perceptions associated with training and the relationship between training and organizational commitment.
