Abstract (EN)

2. ABSTRACT The aim of this study was determined in rats with treadmil exercise, the protective effect of the Q10 supplementation on the liver (TNF-α, 1L-1β, leptin, Cardiotrophin-1, Troponin-I and Troponin-T). This study was carried out after the approval of the Animal Experiments Ethics Committee (FÜHADEK) of Fırat University (Date: 27.12.2017, Meeting: 2017/24, Decision No: 291 and Protocol No: 2017/131). The rats used in the study were obtained from the Experimental Research Center (FÜDAM) of Fırat University. In this study were used in each group A total of 42 male Wistar albino rats aged 8 weeks. Groups; Group 1 (Control), Group 2 (Coenzyme Q10), Group 3 (Exercise), Group 4 (Exercise + Coenzyme Q10), Group 5 (Acute Exercise), 6 (Acute Exercise + Coenzyme Q10). At the end of the application, the animals were decapitated by cervical dislocation under anesthesia and muscle samples were taken. Tissues from the slaughtered animals were stored at -80 ° C in the freezer (Hettich, Germany) until analysis. Preserved samples were taken into the tubes for Supernatant TNF-α, 1L-1β, leptin, Cardiotrophin-1, Troponin-I and Troponin-T analyzes. Protein concentration was determined by the Western Blot method using the Sigma (St. Louis, MO, USA) protein assay kit which operates according to the Lowry procedure. Data were analyzed using reveal the differences between the groups the PROC GLM procedure in the SAS packet program to. Statistical significance was accepted as p <0.05. In This Stady, decreased TNF levels due to exercise and coenzyme supplementation thechronic exercise, but showed an increase in acute exercise. As a result, TNF levels decreased due to exercise and coenzyme supplementation but showed an increase acute exercise. Coenzyme Q10 supplementation resulted in a decrease in the value of TNF-α. Heart levels at 1L-1β; Chronic exercise + Coenzyme Q10 group with chronic exercise group differed according to other groups, but this change was not with associated. In terms of leptin parameters, the values of chronic and acute exercise groups were different according to the other groups. Coenzyme Q10 supplementation due to acute exercise increased cardiotrophin-1 value decreased cardiotrophin value and chronic exercise did not cause any change. Troponin-I; We found that the effect of chronic exercise, but the effect of chronic exercise is more effective, while coenzyme Q10 application keeps the level of Troponin-I at basal levels by suppressing the level. I can say. As a result; TNF-α levels is it can be thought the decrease in fat percentage. We can say that the decrease in 1L-1β is a result of the positive contributions of exercise on metabolism, and the strong effects on energy balance and body fat mass may also affect leptin secretion, and this increase in Troponin values is a result of the physiological hypertrophy of the heart. In the light of the current literature, it is obvious that different exercise applications are investigated for different research groups in order to reveal the relationship between Exercise and Coenzyme Q10 which we think will contribute to exercise physiology and sports sciences.
