This work?s aim is, women between the age of 35-45, who have the habits of doing exercises and trying succeed in the way of stress and to analize between their demografic characteristics and relationships and to suggest essential proposals.In this investigation between 2009-2010 years, totally 89 women attended this work who are the members of the municipality of Ankara Large city Yenimahalle Family Center.This investigation is a description work in which searchh model is used ın this investigation datum coollecting meduator has two parts ın the first part there is an information about the people?s personal chracteristics and in the second part there is an information about to succeed the way stress and Folkman?s and Lazarus ? way of copying ınventory? which is about the way of succed in stres and ın Turkey Siva (ın 1991) ıt is adapted in Turkish by Siva `?To succeed stress scale?? (SBÖ) is used.At the and of the investigation, to succed the way of stress?s bottom dimensions and its demogrraphic properties are the mother?s education situation, father?s bad habits,the person?s don?t do any religious beleifs to work in the public or not between all this situation statistically have meaningful differences are established.Seperately, the other demographic characteristics are the numbers of brothers and sisters, the persons bad habits, the father?s education situation, the parents totally salary, the families accomadation. According to all these dimensions there is no meaninful relationships between them. It is statistically determined.
