Ahl-i sunnah and shia's prophethood

God Almighty created His servants flawlessly. It has given talents such as being free and thinking to enable its servants to access the right information. He also put verses and insignia on the human self and the outside world, and gave books to prophets. All of these exist to understand the existence of Almighty Allah and to know that He is the only Creator, to surrender to His mercy and consent, and to protect man from situations that would create wrath. Therefore, prophethood is an important task. The mission of the prophets is to bring people happiness in the world and the hereafter. Their mission is to guide truth. Today, people are skeptical about prophethood rather than God's existence and oneness, and even go further and do not accept the belief in prophethood. For this reason, Kalam scholars worked on this subject and wrote studies on this subject. The aim of this thesis is to examine the views of the leading Ahl-i Sunnah and Shiite scholars on this issue and to examine these issues which are very important for our religion and how the two sects approach this issue. In the introductory section, we focused on the concepts of prophethood and included not only the two sects but also the other sects. In the first and second chapters, we tried to examine the different and common views of Ahl al-Sunnah and Shia, the main purpose of our subject, about the prophethood.
