Turkish State Railways Transportation Inc. (TCDD Transportation Inc.) utilizes a Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP) system to manage various business processes more efficiently and increase operational productivity. Although the ERP system is integrated into almost all processes, the planning of personnel to be assigned to trains is still carried out traditionally by employees assigned to these tasks. This thesis aims to "process the hours of work of train drivers who perform safety-critical tasks on trains in the Eskişehir Hasanbey Logistics Center responsibility area using Microsoft Office Access SQL programming language, and thus plan the assignments of these personnel". The planning aims to ensure optimal productivity from personnel and achieve equal working hours. It is aimed to control components such as line authority, locomotive authority, health and psychotechnical competencies which are difficult and time-consuming to control with traditional methods by the system.
