Abstract (EN)
In this study, beams with variable cross-sections were modeled by giving θ1 (0-0,2-0,4-0,6-0,8) and θ2(0-0,4-0,8) angles to one end and the other end. These modeled variable cross-section beams were produced from PLA material using the melt deposition method in a 3D printer at 3 different fill levels, 20%, 60% and 100%. The aim of the study was to observe the effect of section variability and occupancy on natural frequency. Frequency values obtained by Analytical, Numerical (Ansys) and Experimental analysis studies were compared and the change of frequency values with cross-section and occupancy was shown. As a result of the study, it was observed that the natural frequency changed with the change in cross-section and fullness.
