Abstract (EN)

Today, humanity is facing an unique ecological crisis that threatens the life on planet as a whole. This ecological crisis is in a scale that can?t be solved by just technological methods. Because since the beginning of the human civilization, humanity?s dominant narrative of struggle against nature, affects the possible solutions of the crisis. Most of the time, the natural elements that are defined as beneficial to humanity are protected and ecology? wholeness is ignored. Organizations as the most important actors of the present ecological crisis are also the most critical elements for the solution process of this crisis. Organizations have to define themselves in deep ecological style and obtain their real identities. In order to achieve this goal, the organizational environment concept, whose content has grown in passing time, has to be redefined according to the real meaning of ecology. Organizations wholeness in such a system has to be emphasized. A wholesome organization like this is not possible in a classical organizational model. An ecological organization model has to be developed. In this study, the first section dominant approach in the human history in context of human-nature relations, present ecological crisis and green approaches are examined. In the second section, organization and environment relations since the early times of organizational studies are examined and an ecological environment relation is adviced. In the third section, ecological environment model and its dimensions are explained. In the fourth section, ecological organization model is examined comparatively in three agriculture and stock raising sector organizations. Study emphasizes the necessity of the implementation of an ecological organization model that is different from current organizational models. In the study, it was seen that agriculture and stock raising organizations? sustainability theratening characteristics were because of their sectors? own characteristics. The problem can?t be solved by just an organizational development activities. Because of this, organizations? becoming ecological is not enough, their sectors characteristics also have to become ecological.
