Abstract (EN)

Economic crisises which have a lot of diversity effect deeply economical structure of countries and slow down development of countries. It seems that, sometimes, economic crisises take effect on other countries with external trade exceed its country. With being important glabolization after 1980, this situation has started impact and importance more.Every countries implement itself political meansures in order to eliminate damages of economic crises on own countries. These political meansures sometimes have Monetary Politicy and sometimes have Fiscal Policy. Even sometimes, these meansures have both Money Policy and Fiscal Policy. In content of this studying, economic crises is embroidered and also is wanted to research activity level of tax policies for crisises? meansures and the goal of this studying is determined that the role of tax policy is to remove negatif impacts of economic crises.Besides in content of studying, not only does globalization has impacts on Turkish Tax Systems and it has short explanations about effecting level of economic crises around the world in pretime which impacted Turkish economy, but also analyse economic crisises of Turkey after 1970, and it is given details about changings of Turkish Tax Policies after 1970. Finally, the progresses indicators of macro economic on both general economi and public sectors after 1970 are analysed and informed about their consequences.
