Abstract (EN)

al-Hâkim aş-Şehîd al-Mervezî (ö. 334/945), lived at the time of Samanians (m. 819-1005). After working as a cadi (moslem judge) of Buhara, he became vizier of Samanians. He was martyred from rebelious soldiers in this period. al-Kâfî is the only hint we have from his big inheritance. However he published many booksThe author classified his work with respect to fiqih subjucts by combining Imam Muhammed?s (ö. 189/804) Works which were accepted as ?Zâhiru?r-rivâye? or ?mesâilu?l-usûl? and by extracting their repetitions. el-Kâfî is accepted as main work in the sectarian and became a fundamental work on which other Works written then depended.The Author, he put some hints and agreements from `nevâdir? to his assesment other than Zâhiru?r-rivâye. As a short studying in al Kâfî, topics are presented simple and clear and Matters are approached very detailed.al-Kâfî has not yet been pulished eventhough it has big reputation and it still exist in some Libraries. We only researched the parts of alms, fast, period, worship place because of difficulties of working with this sort of detailed achievement. Also in this assesment, information is given which is about Author and his efforts.In this research, we try to give closest text to the author original text. We determined the oldest four copies fort this research altough we could not get the original text. We choose the Suitable copy for the text using preferential method. We show the differences between copies in the footnotes. We also clarified the extractions about the hadith and people.
