Analyse of the chapter of trade of al-Hakîm aş-Şehîd?in al-Kâfî

Imam Muhammed (189/804) played the most important role to be passed the Hanafi law to the future generations. His publications has been reached to the present time.al-Hâkim aş-Şehîd al-Mervezî (ö. 334/945) created this Works by collecting Imam Muhammed (ö. 189/804)?s Works which were known as ?Zâhiru?r-rivâye? under the name of ?al-Kâfî?and by extracting their repetitions, rearranging with respect to fiqih subjects.In this edit we try to create correct and full text benefit from the section of Trade of ?al-Kâfî.? To complete whole Work is not sufficient for master degree study, so only one section is analysed.The study comprises of four chapters. In first chapter, it is informed that the biography and Works of al-Hâkim aş-Şehîd (ö. 334/945). In second chapter we gave information about ?al-Kâfî? which is the subject of our work and its hand written copies. Again in this chapter we made a comparison between the al-Kâfî and Works of Imam Muhammed (ö. 189/804) which is known ?al-Asl? related with the Trade. In third chapter we gave information of Trade section of al-Kâfî.
