In this study titled " the grammar rules of Khaber and İnsha in the sciences of the Qur'an ", the grammar rules of Khaber and İnsha in the sciences of the Qur'an, grammar rules such as Khaber, Amr, Nehiy, Istifhâm, Nida and other different grammar rules will be examined and these grammatical rules will be explained in detail and the importance of them in interpretation will be tried to be revealed. Therefore, these issues will be sought to assess under two main perspectives, practical and theoretical. While being evaluated theoretically, the grammatical issues will be examined and detailed explanations of the subject will be made. From a practical point of view, how the grammatical rules in the light of the Qur'an are reflected in the verses will be given clearly with the Quranic examples. In addition, a descriptive and inductive approach was adopted as this study approach. Likewise, this work consists of a presentation, introduction and a two-part main text. There are several subheadings in both main chapters and issues related to them are thoroughly examined and discussed. In the first of these two main sections, the rules about Khaber and in the second, the rules about Insha are found and assessed. In conclusion, at the end of this in-depth and detailed study, important results have been obtained such as that the grammatical rules mentioned in the thesis are very comprehensive rules that guide them rather than mastering the words (meaning) of the Qur'an. These grammatical rules make great contributions to revealing the wisdom and some important secrets related to the verses. They are helpful in explaining the ambiguous words in the Qur'an, expressing their meanings and interpreting the Quran, therefore the commentators coddle to these rules in their own interpretations and mention them directly and indirectly in their books.
